Can I change or cancel a ride?
Yes. Text or call us. Changes are free up to 24 hours before pickup.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Add their name and number at checkout and we handle everything with them on the day.
Is there a minimum booking?
Point to point rides have no minimum. Hourly bookings start at 3 hours.
How is pricing set?
Every ride is quoted upfront by vehicle, distance and time. The price you approve is the price you pay.
Is gratuity included?
You choose gratuity when you book, so nothing is left to settle in the car.
Can I request the same chauffeur?
Yes. Save a favorite and we assign them whenever they are free.
What happens if we run long?
Stay. Tell your chauffeur or text us and the booking extends at the same hourly rate.
Can we add stops along the way?
As many as you like within your booked hours. Tell your chauffeur or text us.
Where does the chauffeur wait?
Close by, usually right out front. Text when you are ready and the car is at the door.
